The act was performed at MIPIM in Cannes, the international real estate show for professionals, and makes use of seven iPads.

To be fair, that's just because of the positive stigma attached to them - it's like buying a designer suit. You could easily do this presentation with any tablet; it's just a running video. It's the showmanship and the construction of the presentation that counts. Which is amazing in this video btw.
