Apple CEO Tim Cook took the top spot in Glassdoor's 2012 list of the Top 25 Highest Rated CEOs.

Tim Cook, takes the top spot with a 97% approval rating. While many speculated how Cook would be received by employees and how he would lead the tech giant, he seems to have settled in quite nicely. The ratings are based on feedback from company employees who were asked "Do you approve of the way your CEO is leading the company?". In the last year over 280,000 employees rated their CEO on Glassdoor.
