Pod2g has posted a video showing the untethered jailbreak of an iPad 3 on iOS 5.1.

Earlier today, the hacker announced that he would be attempting a jailbreak of iOS 5.1.1 next.

Tweeted about one minute ago, this is for the whiners.... ;-) Exact words from pod2g: "ETA for 5.1 jailbreak: look at my previous tweets. Some weeks away to have a nice, user friendly tool. No beta, sorry, even for $1,000,000."

Did you guys realized something? Isn't Comex the kid apple hired? Why is he thanking him? Did Comex helped him on the Jailbreak as well? Hmmmm, weird ð³ð³ð³!!

I think possibly that @comex has been involved in the dev comminity and possibly found one of the earlier jailbreaks exploits' and his method still helps finding them today but I cant be 100% on this personally. He'd DEF. be breaching an NDA if he worked at Apple and still aided in this I'm sure. Again, my 2Â¢ only, not positive. Hmmmm now ya got me wondering. Haha

All these negative and insulting post are mostly been made by l10nic who's writing under different alias hoping pod2g read them and decide not to release his jailbreak. L10nic is burning inside because of pod2g's releasing a jailbreak for the current iOS.

Hahaha, I didn't catch the "Li0n1c" thats funny! He had his chance and decided to not release so even if he did at the last minute to piss of Pod2g I'd still use Pod2g's just to give hime the credit he deserves ;-)

Sadly, no, they dont. It infuriates me all the bad-mouthing towards Pod2g who is the one person that's contributed all his hard work towards a 5.1 release untethered for FREE and people say GO DIE to him, call names, damand he hurry up etc.

Yo yo yo guys calm down, your venting your venom at the wrong person, this is POD2G's jailbreak not I0NICS, this jailbreak will be available ASAP when they get it packaged for download, Pod2g always releases his exploits

@Wow, yep! :-) He already achieved it on A5X which is same cpu as new iPad and updated his twitter feed saying so. He posted today he's working on 5.1.1 now and getting ready to package. :-) This means his JB will work on ALL iDevices up to 4S AND iPad 3 latest version. Hes a badass! :-)
