Apple's refreshed SoHo Store in New York features an incredible huge seamless glass zigzagging staircase railing, notes Core77.
This past Saturday your correspondent attended the re-opening of Apple's SoHo, NYC flagship store. The newly-remodeled space is a heckuva lot bigger than it used to be, but what is bound to catch any architect/designer's eye is the staircase. At first blush it seems the same as before, but look closer...
It's insane; the sides are made from a zigzagging yet continuous, seam-free piece of glass that looks to exceed 30 feet at its longest point.

Wow, amazing staircase, Apple! Wonder what the combined maximum weight limit is for the people on it. I hope it won't break when the line of people standing in line for the next new Apple product climd the stairs. That would be scary, but still very cool stairway!

Their product is features plentiful of aluminum to give it a luxurious feel. Their store features plentiful of glass to give a spacious feel. And it's insane that the glass stairs can accommodate so many people! Great job, Apple!
