New hands-on video has surfaced of what purports to be a fully assembled 'iPhone 5' housing.

Earlier today a photo gallery of the same assembled housing appeared on iLab's site. Check out the video below or click here to see the photo gallery.

Lol. I don't know if this is the next iPhone but as I recall they had a mock up last year of what was to be the next iPhone and it wasn't anything like what they released (iPhone 4s). The same thing with the iPod touch 3rd gen. When they said it was gonna have a 5mp camera and even cases were rumored with camera hole and guess what the iPod touch was released and you guessed it no camera (didn't come till a year later with a .3mp). As a matter of fact the new iPad was even shown as having an sd card slot and no home button and guess what that too was wrong too. So we just have to wait and see till Apple officially announces the damn thing. You guys remind of that State Farm commercial where if you read it on the Internet must be true lol

They'll never learn. Society today is to impatient. Everybody wants everything and wants to know everything NOW!

Sell your Apple stock now. You're watching history here as Apple starts its downward trend & bows to the Galaxy S3. Samsung already has more phones in the works to release before the iphone 6 is even dreamt up. Slow runners lose races no matter what lead they had.

What's your point?

The point is that having lots of phones isn't the answer for everything. It's like throwing crap to the wall and seeing what sticks. Apple does things very calculated. Apple isn't slow...they are measured. For example, they could have opened up the notifications to 3rd party devs by now. But they test it and test it and test it. Why? same reason why your TV doesn't crash...so why should your phone!

Ugly. Even worse than the iPhone 4.

Looks cheaply made? Since when can you distinguish "feel" of a solid vs. non-solid build based off of looks, via the Internet? We've all seen leaked pics, schematics, and such, just how we saw them for all the other previous models. There's a high probability, based on history repeating itself, that this might be it; and it looks pretty darn gorgeous. Sorry guys, no holographic keyboards (yet).

I hope that isn't it. It looks cheaply made

dope design i like the metal back and bigger screen and botton headphone jack and speaker part means no more dust gettting in speaker grill what i dont like is the nano sim its bad news means i have to pay AT&T to replace my sim card due to i plan to buy an unlocked one so i dont have to buy out contract or sign another contract but its cool this probaly will be what the iphone 5 is like since its now posted from a cool source and since this design has been clamed to be the iphone 5 design on all rumor sites and has been called iphone 5 by over 4 case makers lets hope iphone 5 releases or is announced soon hope unlocked comes out same time for the usa and hope the iphone 5 has all rumored stuff in it like 1gb ram, nfc, quad core,4g lte the design dosent matter much long as is not cheap like the glalxy s3 whats on the inside the hardware matters the most

No way that iPhone 5 is gunna look like iPhone. New iPhone is Steve's last project and will not be leaked how it looks and so far. No SS that means can't look like any iPhone now

If you knew anything about the designs every phone has had the prototype leaked regardless of who the hell made it. This is the iPhone 5(new). Sadly

Some prototypes never leave the prototype stage.

Glad you figured that out. However every iPhone released to date has had the prototype of that design or exact phone leaked prior to the actual announcement

Is that English? And to let you know. After Steve Jobs died there was information that came out that said he had about ten years of products and projects lined up for them to work on and release. He wanted to make sure they were set for awhile because he knew he wasn't gonna be around much longer. The iPhone 5 wasn't his last Project.
