Apple Launches New iTunes Festival App for Apple TV

Apple has launched a new iTunes Festival app for the Apple TV. The app appeared on Apple TV devices today without the need for a firmware update.

The iTunes Festival takes place in September with more that 60 artists performing 30 nights of live music at the Roundhouse in London.

"If you miss a live show you can view it here for a limited time. You can also watch live and past gigs on your computer with iTunes or on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with the iTunes Festival app"
