Apple Lightning Connector Authentication Cracked [Video]

Apple's authentication for its new Lightning connector has been reportedly cracked allowing third party companies to manufacturer accessories without approval from Apple, reports M.I.C. Gadget.

What you are seeing here is the world's first-ever fully functional third party Lightning Cable that is introduced by a Chinese company who has successfully cloned Apple's Lightning Cable. If you are a iphone 4s user,do you want to spend over 20usd for another cable?It looks crazy. Maybe Cook is crazy. It's unfair for existing iphone4 and 4s users who own some accessories with 30-pin connector. Cracked Lightning is a good choice for the existing apple users.

Seems cool enough. Just ordered one. Dock alone is worth it for me. The fancy cable is just a plus.

Talked to one of my suppliers in china. She says be suspicious of the company. The company address and telephone number don't seem right. The company is is in mainland china and the listed phone is in Hong Kong. They should have a mainland china number also

Wenn Ihr Probleme mit Facetime oder MMS habt. Hier ein praktischer Tip: Ffcr die MMS- und FaceTime-Probleme bestand ein Problem mit den Zugriffsrechten. Ein Update wurde bereits fcber Cydia ausgeliefert. Falls danach immer noch nicht der Anzeige-Button ffcr die Videotelefonie in den Kontakten auftaucht, hilft ein Zurfccksetzen der Netzwerkeinstellungen. Eventuell muss FaceTime auch einfach nur neu aktiviert werden (-> Einstellungen -> Telefon).

I bought 3 adapters from this guy on ebay for $7 a piece . $30 a piece for the original piece. Thats crazy! Whats up with the USB cables? the cheapest is like $14? I am starting to like my iphone4s even more..
