What Does the Average Jailbreaker Look Like? [Infographic]

Reddit user spiceman54j has conducted a small survey of jailbreakers on reddit and created a very nice infographic to display the results.

Notably, the average jailbreaker is a teenage boy, living in the U.S. He has advanced technical skills, would spend $16.93 to jailbreak, uses an iPhone 4S or 5, and has 28 tweaks installed.

I also like how they assume that ALL jailbreakers are iOS users.

That's a confusing survey. Three tweaks is the minimum? iPhone 4S or older? Colorful shapes in various sizes with no basis for measure make this hard to use. It is surprising that hundreds of people filled it out.

I think it's important to note that "Average jailbreaker" is not an accurate title. "Average jailbreaker that frequents /r/jailbreak on Reddit" is much more accurate. The extra caveat explains why the demographics is skewed so heavily towards teenagers, twenty-somethings, and males (these three groups make up the majority of the user base that frequents Reddit).

I found this chart list difficult to understand. It is hard to get a clear idea from most of the graphics presented.
