Call Controller is an app for jailbroken iPhones that uses the built in accelerometer to control your calls. You can set the application to answer,reject or silence an incoming call by shaking or flipping open the iPhone.
The application sends an auto reply sms when a call is blocked and can be quickly enabled or disabled from your lockscreen.
You can install Call Controller from the BigBoss Cydia Repository.

Yes, its not free at all! It gives you a 7 days trial period and afterword you have to by it for USD 2,99.-

it is not free at all, so they must delete the sentence that said that it is a free app
