Check out this chart which shows the average broadband speeds and cost per mbps for the top 20 Internet nations.

Japan tops the list with an amazing average broadband speed of 61mbps at a cost of only $.27/mbps/month.

this is not true, 8mbps internet in Turkey is only $8.50.... And the minimum speed that you can get is 8mbps

Allways knew it sucked down here in Australia but its nice to see it in a graph ;) One thing this doesnt show tho is that we may pay what ever per what ever speed, but down here we get shit download limits so speed for us is only part of the problem....costs heaps to get jack all

no..read the graph again.. "price per 1mbps in USD" So $0.27 is for 1mbps in Japan... The 64mbps is the average connection speed for that country..
