...if that is the way they planed the thing then the option for double click and get the mp3 player is gone...what a waste of time, again Mapple doesn't get it....

Actually no it's not a theme. 4.0 now allows you to change the wallpaper. Some cool features but I would still need jailbreaking.

No, I wish they would allow themes. Pretty sure that you'll have to jailbreak to change the icons, etc...

ummm if u recall the double click option has been user editable since 1.1.3
u can choose if you want it to show u favorties, ipod or spotlight or camera or home.
im sure there will be a way to still use the ipod controls.
