Apple has released Xcode 4.1 GM Seed to developers. This release can finally be used to submit applications to the App Store for iOS and Mac OS X.
This is a pre-release version of Xcode 4.1 for both Mac and iOS development. This release requires Mac OS X Lion GM Seed and includes iOS SDK 4.3. You may now use the GM seeds of OS X Lion and Xcode 4.1 for Lion to build and submit apps to the App Stores for both iOS and Mac OS X.
