Apple has amended its App Store terms and conditions for Taiwan to allow for returns within seven days of purchase, reports MacRumors.

The move comes after Taipei found Google and Apple in violation of their consumer protection law that requires a seven day trial period for Internet purchases. On June 8th the two companies were ordered to alter their rules to allow for the trial period.

The new terms state:
You may cancel your purchase within seven (7) days from the date of delivery and iTunes will reimburse you for the amount paid, provided you inform iTunes that you have deleted all copies of the product. Upon cancellation you will no longer be licensed to use the product. This right cannot be waived.
