Microsoft has posted an email in which it asked Google to team up to bid for Nortel's patent portfolio making the company and its public accusations look foolish.

Google recently posted on its blog accusing Apple, Microsoft, Oracle and others of teaming up in a hostile campaign against its Android operating system. This has lead to huge amount of media attention with most seeing this claim as absurd. Many feel that Google has simply taken intellectual property from others and combined it to create Android. Now that companies are seeking licensing fees for their property, Google is turning to the government to try and circumvent patent law.
