Apple has discontinued the orange polyurethane Smart Cover and replaced it with a new dark gray cover.
In addition, the interior color of the Smart Cover has been changed to match the exterior color. Previously most Smart Covers had a gray interior no matter what color their exterior was.
Sources also tell MacRumors that the colors on the polyurethane covers are now more vibrant and the navy version has been tweaked to make it "more navy".
