NCControl is a new tweak from Ron Melkhior that makes your Notification Center transparent giving you control of the underlying app.
NCControl allows you to control your device (if there isn't a notification that on the button you want to tap etc.) while your notification center is open. With that, NCControl will make the notification center transparent.
