Thousands of people were lining up, and they were armed with rain gear and umbrellas, standing out in the rain just for a chance to audition.
Job applicants need to pay 150 yuan ($24 US) to apply and must have good eyesight.
Foxconn will soon begin production of the iPhone 5 and is also rumored to be manufacturing the iPad mini.
