LockLauncher, a tweak by Akhil Tolani for launching apps from your Lockscreen, has been updated with support for the iPhone 5 and iOS 6.

With LockLauncher you can select any application and place it on your lockscreen for quicker access, for example rather than searching everytime for your messages app to reply to someone just place the messages app on your lockscreen and directly launch it just by tapping it.

You can also launch up to 4 applications from your lockscreen which can be accessed back to back by using LockLauncher's queueing feature. To add applications to queue tap and hold the application icons on the lockscreen you want to add to the queue until they start jittering and then slide to unlock, Locklauncher will then launch all the applications you added in the queue and when the home button is pressed the last application in queue closes and the previous application is launched.

You can download LockLauncher from the Cydia Store for $1.99.
