Evernote Web Clipper for Chrome Gets Gmail Support

Evernote has announced that its Evernote Web Clipper for Chrome now lets you clip from Gmail.

Whenever you receive an important email, simply open it and click on the Web Clipper. The email, along with any attached files, will be saved to Evernote. The Web Clipper grabs only what it can see, so if you want to clip all parts of the conversation, be sure to expand the thread.

You’ll also be able to place it into your notebook of choice, assign any relevant tags and add a note.

Once the email is in Evernote, the full conversation appears as a nicely formatted note. You can tag and organize it however you like. The subject line becomes the note’s title and all the email addresses of recipients show up near the top. If you’re a Premium user, then any attached documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and PDFs are made searchable.

You can download the Evernote Web Clipper for Chrome here.
