Apple has pushed out the iOS 7 GM (gold master) seed to developers. This will be the version that the public will see come September 18.
Interestingly enough, at the iPhone event today, Apple failed to mention any indications of a GM release, however it was expected to drop today.
The update is available in the developer center for download with a build number 11A465.
Please note that you cannot perform an OTA update to a GM seed from iOS 7 Beta releases. The update must be performed via Dev Center + iTunes.
