Bloard is a new Cydia tweak that always lets you use the dark keyboard that is present in iOS 7 instead of the white one. In iOS 7.1 beta 1, Apple gave users the option to always use a dark keyboard, unfortunately it was removed in the second beta on 7.1 (we hope to see it back before release).
Bloard is very simple and features an on/off switch in the Settings app, letting you choose to have the dark keyboard, or let the OS use the standard white one.
