Flappy Birds creator Dong Nguyen says he is pulling the game from the App Store tomorrow.

Nguyen posted the news on Twitter saying, "I am sorry 'Flappy Bird' users, 22 hours from now, I will take 'Flappy Bird' down. I cannot take this anymore."

The take down is not related to legal issues, says the developer.

"It is not anything related to legal issues. I just cannot keep it anymore."

Responding to numerous inquiries about acquisition, he replied:

"I also don't sell 'Flappy Bird', please don't ask."

Despite this, Nguyen says he will still make games.

Flappy Birds is currently the number one app on the App Store. It has garnered almost 700,000 ratings on the U.S. app store alone. It shot to popularity after fans began posting hilarious reviews on how addictive and frustrating the game is. Check out some of those reviews here.

Strangely, the news comes just after one of the first updates to the game hit the App Store.

You can still download Flappy Bird from the App Store for free. Get it while you can!
