TypeRead is a new tweak that lets you send a read receipt when you start typing a message instead of when you open the message.
Have you ever read a message, but weren't able to reply to the person at that time, and didn't want them thinking you didn't want to talk to them? Ever texted someone, and left your phone on the chat, but didn't want them thinking you were waiting for their text? This tweak fixes all that!
This will only send read receipts when you start typing, so you can respond anytime, worry free! In the messages list, you can tap and hold on the chat, and it will remove the blue indicator! (This does not remove app badge).
This tweak is useful for those who want to enable read receipts, but don't want to feel obligated to answer a message every time.
Alternatively, there is another tweak that was released last year called SelectiveReading, which lets you choose which contacts/numbers to enable read receipts for.
You can enable/disable TypeReach in the settings app. It costs $.99 and is available in the Cydia store. Note that it does require iOS 7.
