Apple is reportedly planning to open its biggest store ever in Dubai's Mall of the Emirates, according to EDGAR.
After regional media picked up on UAE-based job advertisements by the Californian company, we have insider knowledge that the Majid Al Futtaim owned mall will become home to Apple’s first flagship in the Middle East. Our undisclosed source said that the store – which will be the biggest Apple has ever built – was originally planned to replace the current cinema complex.
Apple job postings have been spotted for 13 positions in the United Arab Emirates including business managers, store leaders, inventory specialists, technical leads and iTunes interns.
The timing of the listings suggest that Apple could be targeting a Q1 2015 date for the store's opening.
