Apple to Facilitate Beats Repairs at the Genius Bar Starting November 18th?

Apple is set to launch in-store support of Beats headphones and other products on November 18th, according to a leaked memo obtained by TechnoBuffalo.

According to internal data obtained by TechnoBuffalo, Apple Store Genius Bars will start to service and repair Beats products on Nov. 18, the same day Apple Store employees will gain access the MobileGenius 3.3, an update to the in-store app used by Genius Bar employees. The shot above, from an internal system, also suggests new “streamlined iPhone mail-in and loaner procedures.”

"MobileGenius 3.3 will be released on November 18. With this release comes more streamlined iPhone mail-in and loaner procedures as well as the ability to service Beats products.

"We will now be facilitating Beats repairs at the Genius Bar. Previously, customers could only seek service over the phone for their Beats products. Now they can bring the devices to the Genius Bar."
