Twelve South has unveiled its first accessory for Apple's upcoming smartwatch - HiRise for Apple Watch.

An elegant, modern stand that showcases your beautiful watch while it charges. Designed to work effortlessly with the Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Cable, this metal stand holds Apple Watch at an elevated height and angle that lets you interact with it while it charges. Available in Silver or Black, this sturdy stand can be used with any style Apple Watch band, including closed loop metal bands.

“Life goes on, even when your watch comes off," says Andrew Green, Creative Director of Twelve South. "HiRise lets you interact with alerts, control your music and see the time while your Apple Watch charges at your bedside. It becomes the coolest (and most talented) bedside alarm clock you’ve ever owned.”

Features:
HiRise for Apple Watch was designed to showcase your watch at an elevated height and angle, making it easy to view, touch and interact with Apple’s newest creation even while it’s charging. Along with displaying Watch, HiRise protects both the watch, band and metal clasps with soft silicone pads and a leather landing pad in back. A silicone-lined notch neatly manages the lower portion of the Apple Watch band, carefully training it behind the stand, rather that letting it pile up in front. Even when unbuckled or unclasped, all style bands work great with HiRise, from the black classic buckle to the stainless-steel link bracelet.

HiRise works with your Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Cable. Simply insert the charging disk into the HiRise support stand and route the cable down and out the back. When it’s time to travel, HiRise doesn’t hold your charging cable hostage. Simply push the disk out of HiRise, wrap up the cable and go. It only takes a second to install, and may be even faster to remove.

Pricing and Availability:
HiRise is available in Silver or Black and will be shipping in May for $49.99.
