Screenshots have leaked depicting an alleged new Apple Support app that will help users diagnose problems and get assistance for their Apple products. The screenshots were provided to uSwitch Tech from Sonny Dickson.

Notably, the app even shows an option to chat live online with Apple support staff, as well as an option to chat to support team workers from your network. As expected there are variety of guides to fixing common problems and basic how tos.

A source said, “At launch the app has all of the devices registered to your Apple ID. From there you have a range of pre-defined problems, which are common. After that the app asks if you are on the latest version of iOS, and offers a range of support options, including taking to your carrier, contacting support and setting up a Genius Bar appointment. It's highly interactive, and well integrated."

At this point, it's unclear when or how Apple plans to release the app but you can follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, or RSS for updates.
