Apple has released Xcode 7.3 beta to developers. The build number is 7D111g.
Xcode 7.3 beta includes SDKs for iOS 9.3, watchOS 2.2, OS X version 10.11.4, and tvOS 9.2. To develop apps targeting prior OS versions, see “About SDKs and the Simulator” in What's New in Xcode, available on developer.apple.com or, select Help > What's New in Xcode when running Xcode.
