Apple Trademark Applications Found for AirPods, Iris Engine, Smart Button, Touch Bar, Much More

A slew of Apple trademark applications have been discovered that may reveal even more details about what Apple plans to unveil later today.

Brian Conroy, a trademark lawyer in Ireland, has some how managed to obtain a list of all Apple's trademark applications that are not in the public domain.

He has confirmed that the next generation iPhone will be called the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.





Conroy also discovered trademark applications for the rumored Apple AirPods and an Apple AirPod Case.



Here's the list of trademarks Conroy thinks we could see unveiled today with the top three being the biggest ones.

1. Apple Iris Engine
2. Apple Smart Button
3. Apple Touch Bar
4. Apple Iris Image Engine
5. Apple Swift Lab
6. Apple Progress Card
7. Apple Breathe
8. Apple Smart View
9. Apple Rich Links
