Apple has announced that developers are now able to respond to App Store reviews following the release of iOS 10.3 and macOS Sierra 10.12.4.

You can now publicly respond to customer reviews of your app on the App Store for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. When you respond, the customer is notified and has the option to update their feedback.

Once an app has been reviewed, developers can view, sort, and respond to reviews using iTunes Connect.

Asking Customers for Ratings and Reviews
You can ask your customers to rate and review your app on the App Store at appropriate times throughout the user experience. If you'd like to ask them to provide feedback on the App Store without leaving your app, you can use the SKStoreReviewController API. Simply choose when to prompt users to rate your app, for up to three prompts in a 365-day period. Customers will submit a rating through the standardized prompt, and can authenticate with Touch ID to write and submit a review.

Responding to Reviews on the App Store
Address user feedback directly on the App Store by responding to reviews. You can respond to all reviews of your app, no matter when they were written. When you reply to a review, the customer will be notified of your response and will have the option to update their review. You can edit your response at any time and only one response per review will display on your App Store product page.
