Version 4.0 brings three major updates in one:
1. Video messages and Telescope.
- Tap the mic icon to switch to camera mode, then tap and hold to record quick video messages.
- Swipe up while recording for hands free mode. Works with voice notes too! Stop and replay before sending.
- Introducing Telesco.pe, where anyone can view video messages from public channels — no Telegram account required.
2. Bot Payments.
- Bots can now accept payments from users.
- Soon you'll be able to order pizza, shop for clothes, or maybe pay your utility bills using Telegram bots.
