GoPro has announced the launch of an entry level HERO camera for $199. HERO features a 2-inch touch display, is waterproof to 30 feet and is extremely durable.

The new camera offloads your photos and videos to the GoPro app automatically. A GoPro PLUS subscription service offers Cloud backup, damaged camera replacement, 20-percent off accessory discounts and more for $4.99 a month.
