Amazon has updated its Amazon Music app for iOS with hands-free Alexa support. The app lets you play songs from Amazon Prime and Amazon Music Unlimited, as well as music stored on your device.

We’re changing the way you find and play the music you love

Features:
• Listen to tens of millions of songs with weekly new releases
• Use hands-free listening with Alexa wherever you go. Just say “Alexa,” wait for the tone, and ask Alexa to play music. You can also ask Alexa for your favorite artists and songs, or search by mood, activity, and more.
• Explore curated playlists and stations, always ad-free and with unlimited skips
• Access your favorites with offline listening
• Listen free with a Prime membership or get more with Amazon Music Unlimited

What's New In This Version:
● Go hands-free with Alexa! No need to tap, just say “Alexa” wait for the tone, and ask Alexa to play music. You can also ask Alexa for your favorite artists and songs, or search by lyrics, mood, activity, and more. To get started, follow the instructions on screen, or go to settings and enable hands-free. Note that hands-free Alexa works when the app is on-screen and works best when connected to Bluetooth, USB, Aux, or headphones.
● Now you can block explicit songs from playing on your Amazon Music app. To get started, go to your Amazon Music App Settings and switch on the setting.
● Bug fixes and performance improvements

You can download Amazon Music from the App Store for free.
