Apple has released iOS 12. 4 beta 2 to developers for download. The build number is 16G5027i.
This beta version of iOS 12.4 contains bug fixes and improvements.

As usual, Apple says "This beta version of iOS should only be deployed on devices dedicated for iOS 12.4 beta software development."
Developers can download the new beta from the link below. No new features were found in the first beta but we'll let you know if anything is spotted in this build.
