Google has updated the YouTube Music app with song lyrics. The new feature was spotted by The Verge.
YouTube Music users can now read lyrics while listening to a song on the service’s iOS and Android apps, the company announced today. To see lyrics, when you’ve got a song open in the app, just tap the “i” button on the left side of the screen. The lyrics will then show up under the tracking bar for the song.
Currently, the lyrics feature in YouTube Music is static. Meaning, you'll need to stroll down manually through the lyrics to follow along. Additionally, not all songs have lyrics yet; however, YouTube says it will be adding lyrics from LyricFind on a daily basis.
