Apple has added the 2012 Retina Macbook Pro to its list of obsolete products worldwide.

Obsolete products are those whose sales were discontinued more than 7 years ago. Apple has discontinued all hardware service for obsolete products, with no exceptions. Service providers cannot order parts for obsolete products.

The addition isn't surprising as Apple already excluded the notebook from the macOS Big Sur compatibility list.
