Apple has seeded the first public beta of watchOS 7 to testers for download.
watchOS 7 brings shareable and discoverable watch face configurations, sleep tracking, automatic handwashing detection, additional workout types, and a new hearing health feature, cycling directions, Siri language translation, and more.
To install the update, you'll need to sign up for the Apple Beta Software Program:
"Help make the next releases of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS and watchOS our best yet. As a member of the Apple Beta Software Program, you can take part in shaping Apple software by test-driving pre-release versions and letting us know what you think."
Unless you have an extra Apple Watch, we don't recommend you install the beta as you cannot downgrade back to watchOS 6.
