Apple has released limited edition AirPods Pro to commemorate the Chinese new year. The AirPods Pro feature an Ox graphic on the front of the charging case.
According to the Chinese calendar, 2021 is a year of the Ox. The new year will begin February 12th, 2021 and last until January 30th, 2022. There are five elements of Ox and the upcoming year is a Metal Ox year.
Apple says there's only 25,400 Year of the Ox pairs available. 11,480 will be sold in retail stores and 13,920 will be sold online.
The AirPods Pro are for sale in several Asian countries including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and Malaysia.
