If your account was wrongly flagged, Netflix asks you to verify the account with a code sent via email or text.

According to a Netflix spokesperson, "This test is designed to help ensure that people using Netflix accounts are authorized to do so."

Tthe company's terms and conditions say, "The Netflix service and any content viewed through our service are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household." Despite this, Netflix hadn't taken steps to block password sharing, choosing to set limit on simultaneous streaming instead.
