An updated version of the evasi0n 7x untether has been released in Cydia. Those who jailbroke with evasi0n7 1.0.1 will need to update to this version because it contains changes that saurik requires for getting Cydia and MobileSubstrate fully operational.
This is the untethered exploit installed by the evasi0n7 jailbreaking tool. If you jailbroke you device with evasi0n7, this untether has already been automatically installed for you.
Version 0.2 of this package is what came with evasi0n7 1.0.1; it removes the TaiG splash screen and adds some features that saurik will be relying on in future updates to other packages. Users who jailbreak with evasi0n7 1.0.1 already have version 0.2 of this package installed.
Warning: If your device relies on evasi0n7 for untethering, uninstalling this package will unjailbreak your device. It will reboot in a bizarre state similar to tethered devices rebooted without using an external tool, but it will not be able to be booted tethered, so you will have to restore it with iTunes.

I have a same problem from the first time! With the newer version of JB i lost my BiteSMS and a five icon dock! Still in the cydia but is not function! Looks like this JB getting worst and worst!

Sorry, Iclarified page was reloading - and that is why flooding so much. It was not sending anything.
I did very bad because I have deleted com.apple.mobile.installation.plist and now CONSTANT LOOP, What to do?

Go to Cydia --> Manage --> Package --> Mobilesubstrate --> Modify --> Reinstall.
This is simply because MobileSubstrate is not yet fully compatible with iOS 7. Simply reinstalling it will solve the issue for you. But be careful not to remove it, you MUST REINSTALL, or else Cydia will disappear.

I was excited about the jailbreak, BUT disappointed about the fact that all my old purchases on Cydia are not compatible with IOS 7. Whats going on with that? Apps like Iblacklist, Iprotect, Applocker and many more are not compatible

This update primarily changes the version of Cydia. Many apps are still incompatible and the iPad 2 is not working with the current jailbreak yet.

Step 1. Open Cydia
Step 2. Update Evasi0n to 0.2 (latest)
Step 3. Find "Mobile substrate" from Cydia
Step 4. Click Modify button on your right and than click Reinstall
Step 5. Reinstall (if needed) all of your iOS7 tweaks

Is mobile substrat is updated for iphon4 or not. Aafter installing tweaks from cydia they wouldn't work and not showing in setting app. Is this solved in this update???

I installed Evasi0n 1.0.1 on my iPad 2. When it finished installing, it rebooted. Then, the device powered off after showing the Apple logo for 3 minutes. It won't power on again! The battery is 100% full. I fully charged it before jailbreaking. When I press the power button, the iPad 2 won't turn on, even with the wall charger plugged in!
The device is useless now!

use DFU method to go to restore mode
press power and home button togther for 10 sec then release power botton and keep holding home button for 5 seconds
now connect device to itunes and hit restore

Hi everyone.
A) no it does not resolve ipad 2 wifi issues
B) mobile substrate is not out for arm64 devices. Your iphone 5s won't support tweaks until MS is released in the coming days.

Every time I tried it on my ipad 2 (wifi). It keeps crashing or it just stays on the apple logo.
