Apple won't release iOS 7.1 to the public until March, according to a new report from 9to5Mac.
Reliable sources say that Apple is currently planning to ship iOS 7.1, the first significant update to iOS 7, in March. The iOS 7.1 update is said to not have any “secret features,” and it will basically be what we have been told to expect by the past five betas: some user-interface tweaks in the Phone app, an improved Calendar app, speed improvements, and numerous bug-fixes.
Additionally, it's suggested that Apple could talk about iOS 7.1 at a March event possibly focused on the next-generation Apple TV.
A December report from BGR also pegged the release of iOS 7.1 to March; although, the site has recently suggested an earlier release.

I must completely agree with you. Stock Android is the best.
I still personally prefer iOS but what you have said is totally true.

Use your phone to tell Siri to look up and play a Netflix movie.

Depends, would an app not from apple be compatible like that?

All I want to see in iOS 7 is the old apps, Siri, and built-in app looks so people can customize their experience with both old and new styles.

Why not get everyone what they want, can't downgrade or can't jailbreak to get the early iOS stuff back, then our only option is to rumor apple and use K's idea. After all his time, apple gives them bigger screen (at least they focused on giving iPhone innovation before worrying about size) but if that can happen, so can K's idea. No exception.
