Apple Stops Signing iOS 8.4, Downgrades and Restores No Longer Possible

Apple has stopped signing iOS 8.4, making restores and downgrades to the firmware no longer possible.

If you want to stay on iOS 8.4 take care that you do not accidentally update to iOS 8.4.1 because you won't be able to get back to iOS 8.4. If you do update you will not be able to jailbreak your device. Pangu Team just demonstrated a jailbreak of iOS 8.4.1 but it's likely that won't be released in anticipation of iOS 9.

You may want to save the SHSH Blobs off your device if you haven't already.

I assume that you are talking about the look of the website. I agree; I definitely preferred the previous look.

Do people still jailbreak? I am curious if many find time for it anymore.

Some continue to jailbreak to gain more control over their devices. For example, a jailbroken iPad allows me to watch my media and sports more easily while traveling.

Is it just me or is it pretty clear that Apple is planning the release, signing and not signing of its firmware around jailbreaks now? Is Apple supporting jailbreaking now? Certainly not officially but sure seems that way.
