Apple has released iOS 10.2 beta 6 to developers for testing. The build numbers are 14C90 and 14C91.
In iOS 10.2 the Videos app is completely replaced by Apple's new TV app. There are also some other improvements including new emoji, new wallpaper and more. Click here for details.
The release notes indicate the same fixes as beta 5.
Fixed in This Release: TV App • The TV app should no longer crash or show “TV is unavailable” on iPod touch. • Syncing with iTunes 12.5 through 12.5.3 should no longer delete TV app library content.

Anyone having battery issues with the last two releases? I can literally have my phone on and watch the battery drain to 0% in less than 30 minutes.

Clearly battling the traps hoping a group release a jailbreak. The fact the DMCA ruled it was completely legal. They clearly violate the DMCA protection about devices.
