Hey peeps,
I cannot update to US1.1-1 due to my country's website restrictions. I found the DEB file but am wondering if there is a new substrate file or should I be OK replacing the 1.0-1 file with the new US file?

i had the same problem and just fixed it :) all you need to do is to uninstall the current version on your ultrasn0w either is 1.1-1 or 1.0-1 then restart your phone and freshly install it from cydia, after that you need to thank me with a bottle of Jack Daniels :D

I just removed the ultraslow from my iPhone 4 and it showed my missed voicemail. It had also been draining my battery. Ultrasnow wasn't really needed for me but it seemed to cause more trouble.

Wonder if they'll ever do a battery performance update for the iPhone 2G.

3G(S)/4 unlock is sitting in the background all the time, that's why it could drain some battery (haven't noticed it myself though). 2G unlock works differently, it just patches baseband and it does not stay in the background. That's it's not possible to improve battery life on 2G with this.
