iOS 4.3 which is said to bring the new 'Personal Hotspot' feature to GSM iPhones will reportedly arrive in March, according to BGR.
We are told the OS version will be 8F5148b, the baseband will be 04.08.00, and technical acceptance is planned for March. We have some screenshots to hold you over, though!
RedmondPie also confirmed this schedule for the firmware's release and posted the image found below...

I'm still on 4.1 with 1.59, so I'm not exactly sitting around crying. Still, I wonder about the future. Specifically, what is going to happen in June when the major redesign firmware is released? How long will I be out in the cold on that one?
I completely agree that the iPhone Dev Team is amazing. I owe them a lot and I am very grateful. I just think that things are drifting above their heads to a certain extent. Geohot probably won't have any miracles for us now either since Sony has reared its ugly head.
Still hoping for the best!
I already told you, unlock for the iPhone4 wont be available for a very long time from today. Apple has grown smarter than jailbrakers/unlockers. The best thing would be to sell the phone. Good luck.
