P0sixninja Finds Exploits Needed for New Jailbreak

P0sixninja says that he has found the exploits necessary to release a new jailbreak. The hacker contributed to various jailbreak releases in the past including: GreenPois0n, Cdev Reporter, Absinthe, etc.

Well, so far it looks like the next jailbreak might be created entirely by me.

Evad3rs haven't gone anywhere, I've just discovered all the needed exploits on my own over the past few months

As of yet, p0sixninja has not demonstrated a working jailbreak; however, it's promising that exploits are still being found. It's unclear if p0sixninja intends to pursue a jailbreak release for iOS 6.x or hold back the exploits in hope of jailbreaking iOS 7.

anyone got any insights on whether or not to expect an unlock for 6.1.xx at some point in the future??

There are not likely to be any future unlocks. I don't think that anyone is even working on them anymore.

There is always exploits but the hacker just playing around they do have jailbreak even for ios 8 before its release , they are just playin around ,

Yeah! Definitely! Save this JB for iOS7! p0sixninja - you will earn more money; todays market with iOS6 is drained. You'll wait just for half a year. Be patient, and best regards!

All exploits should definitely be saved for iOS 7. With no new iDevices out right now, or even a major firmware update, there is really no purpose in giving away potential useful exploits to Apple so early.
