Apple has fired back at Nokia, and filed a complaint with the ITC asking them to ban imports of Nokia mobile phones.
This complaint comes after Nokia filed its own complaint last month asking the ITC to ban imports of the iPhone, iPod, and MacBook products.
Spokesman Mark Durrant said that, Nokia will study the complaint when it is received and continue to defend itself vigorously. However this does not alter the fact that Apple has failed to agree appropriate terms for using Nokia technology and has been seeking a free ride on Nokias innovation since it shipped the first iPhone in 2007.
The ITC is a government agency whose job is to protect the U.S. market from unfair trade practices, including patent infringement. The ITC hasn't yet agreed to investigate Apple or Nokia's complaint. It is estimated that an investigation would take approximately 15 months.

...lol...Mapple don't cease to made laugh, I do have an iPhone but certainly will not get the next version after 2 abysmal disappointments, I'm happy I did try and prove that Apple products are not up to the quality and standards they praise, while Nokia's are the opposite, it will be really fun to watch Mapple lose this case if it doesn't get settled before.

you know... there are people that actually buy the product because they genuinely like the product. if you praise nokia so much then why not sell your iphone while you can and get yourself the new nokia n900. it's so cool it has resistive touchscreen. i'm pretty sure the iphone still worths A LOT and i wonder why. you either love or hate the iphone. don't join the bandwagon and act cool. peace. wait... why are you even on iclarified?

Im here cause it's an public site, i have an iPhone cause i have it Jailbroken and it's bot easy to get phones in Canada and ur rt the N900 is a great phone but due to the great Canadian cell carriers i have to wait a bit before thinking on getting an incompatible phone (network issues), i have to say, it maybe the way things seem to be read while u post i line, im not whinning, :) i like my jb iphone which is better than the stock model but i hate the way Apple decided to play the game and i certainly prefer Nokia, always liked it. :)
