Apple Magic TrackPad Leaked Just Before WWDC?

Images of a new Apple multitouch trackpad peripheral have been leaked just hours before the WWDC keynote is set to begin.

According to Engadget, the device supports handwriting recognition in addition to "every feature you can find on a Magic Mouse". It's design is similar to the Apple Wireless Keyboard and it connects to your computer via Bluetooth.

Back in February the US Patent and Trademark Office published an Apple trademark application for the 'Magic TrackPad' which is likely the name of this device.

You don't need a charger, it's just like the Apple Wireless Keyboard, look at the pictures! It uses batteries
