Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo will unveil vehicles running iOS in the Car next week, according to the Financial Times.

The official announcement of Apple’s deal will be made at next week’s Geneva Motor Show, sources told the Financial Times. A number of other manufacturers are expected to incorporate it into models in 2014. Apple, and the carmakers declined to comment.

It's thought that these three companies have been selected as the first ones to show off iOS in the Car as they are in keeping with the high-end image of Apple's devices. Apple SVP Eddy Cue has sat on the Ferrari board since 2012.

Drivers can use iOS in the Car to view Apple Maps, listen to music, make calls, and more via the car's console display. Recently a video leaked online giving us a sneak peak at the feature. Check it out here. It's unclear what the final version of iOS in the Car will look like or whether it will arrive with iOS 7.1; however, you can follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, or RSS for updates.
