Apple has released a third beta of iOS 10.2 to developers bringing a few changes from the previous beta release. The build number is 14C5077b.
The SOS functionality that let users call emergency services by repeated pressing the power button is now only available in India.
The Videos app has now been completely replaced by Apple's new TV app and there is a new section in Settings for the app. You can prevent playback over Cellular and default purchases to HD or SD.
